We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each item on our website. However, due to the nature of our handmade products, please keep in mind that items shipped may vary slightly in color and form.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. At this time, it is not possible for us to ship internationally.
Shipping:
All shipping and handling charges are calculated during the checkout process. The fee is based on weight and delivery destination. Currently, we ship all packages via UPS Ground Service. Please note: UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box – you must provide a street address. With UPS, shipping and delivery occur only on weekdays.
Once received by European Elegance, most orders are packed and shipped from our Madison location within 48 business hours. Some items may take a little longer if being drop shipped directly from our suppliers. While we make every effort to stock all merchandise in our boutique, occasionally, a desired item may be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you in the event of a lengthy delay.
Complimentary In-Store Pickup:
For our local customers, we offer complimentary In-Store Pickup. You may choose this option during the checkout process. We will let you know when your order is ready and ask that you retrieve your merchandise within one week of being notified.
Order Cancellation:
Please call us at 973-845-2437 for order cancellation. We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not pleased, the unused merchandise must be returned to European Elegance within 10 days of receipt in order to obtain an exchange or refund. Returns after this timeframe will not be accepted. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are the customer’s responsibility for an exchange. All merchandise must be in the original packaging with UPC labels intact, securely wrapped and delivered back to us at the customer’s expense.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Fabric items such as linens, etc. that smell of cigarettes or other odors.
Any product that has been used or the UPC label is missing
Flatware that is not sealed in the original bags
Custom or personalized items
Special orders (orders for 4 or more of the same item are considered a special order)
All Clearance, Sale, and Holiday merchandise are final sale
Any merchandise not purchased on our website
If the returned merchandise fails to meet our requirements upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund.
Damaged Merchandise:
We would like you to know that we packed your order as carefully as possible. However, between the time your order leaves our location and arrives at your door, almost anything can happen. If your order has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please retain the package and all packing materials as you received them in order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
